where Steven grew up and visits for the holidays.
When Steven was a little boy growing up on his family´s cattle ranch in San Luis Obispo, CA,(pictured below) his dreams of moving to the big city of Los Angeles got him through the everyday battles of baling hay, rounding up cattle in the dust and being the misunderstood, closeted boy in a small, straight-laced, mid-coastal California town.

I visit my family home annually for Christmas holidays in San Luis Obispo, located in the beautiful Edna Valley, Central California. As a child growing up on the family ranch, my father and shared several interests we enjoy to this day. Two of our favorites include successful real estate ventures and singing Country Western Music together.

Steven moved to Hollywood at 20 years old
with neither help nor money from anyone, including his family.
When he moved to Los Angeles, Steven felt as if he was living his dream at last, a kid in a candy store, free to express his true self. He reveled in strolling Santa Monica Blvd feeling the freedom he’d longed for. He felt like his favorite movie star, James Dean. Steven wished to reveal his truth to the world and tell his own story. He looked forward to singing and dancing to Country Western Music with his dad. Along the way due to his outgoing and natural on camera personality, Steven amassed television and film credits. He can be seen showing real estate to Sasha Baron Cohen in the film BRUNO. Steven's television appearances include a Cowboy themed episode of "The Tyra Banks Show Steven’s television appearances include a Cowboy themed episode of “The Tyra Banks Show,” Janice Dickenson’s show, and a memorable appearance showing Joan Rivers a house for “Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best.”

The barn/ranch is available for rent for your corporate event, wedding, party, graduation, reunion and filming. It is fully equipped and we are taking reservations now.
The space features a large stage which accommodates a live band. Additionally there are a flat screen tv and sound system toenhance the spacious dance area.
Pictured below is 3/S Ranch. (Steven is the third generation Spreafico.) Spend the night in either world famous Pismo Beach or Avila Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean just a few miles from Spreafico Ranch.

In addition to the stage for a band and dance floor, the space contains a fitting room, kitchen, barbecue, restrooms and ample parking.

This working ranch also grows vegetables. It is located in Edna Valley's renowned wine country.
The barn is a converted dairy barn that retains traditional aspects such as the original stanchions which remain in the barn. The barn includes a large stage, roomy dance floor and full bar. The barn seats up to 200 people inside with the potential for more seating outside. The venue also includes a newly built bridal suite that includes a bathroom with large mirrors and stylist’s chair for pre-wedding styling. There are two potential wedding ceremony spots: one located under a large oak tree, the other on a scenic hill with a large platform overlooking the rolling hills of vineyards surrounding the ranch.

and husband Randy Heal lives approx. 2 miles from my dad ranch off Corbett Canyon Rd. In Arroyo Grande on her blueberry, raspberry Olallieberry farm. She has the most beautiful separate estate.
Follow Lori as she picks the berries & makes her own variety of jam and grows vegetables at her place & also on my dads ranch separately. She grows beans, cauliflower, squash, brussels, snap peas and much more. Follow my sister and son Zach Nichols as they goe to all the farmers markets in southern Ca, including Santa Barbara, Santa Monica and Hollywood farmers markets, selling produce and fruit to all the top restaurants.
